New Zealand is an island country comprising of two major islands identified as the north and south islands. New Zealand is located in the southern hemisphere in the south west of the Pacific Ocean. Auckland is the largest city on the north island of New Zealand. It is said that there are more boat owners than car owners in Auckland as the people of Auckland are in love with the sea. On the west coast is the largest all weather glacier centre and is the only one of its kind in the southern hemisphere. You can try indoor ice climbing which would be a unique experience. To experience a real outdoor trip on a glacier while on the west coast, take a guided tour along the longest glacier on the west coast. Those who love to get close to nature there are wonderful trails and walking tracks that offer some breath taking views on the west coast.

New Zealand has a lot to offer, and the choices vary depending on the mood and interest of the visitor. From adventure to wineries with sheep farming, there is something for everyone. New Zealand has one of the best maritime parks and offers a rare treat to sea whales, dolphins, and penguins.
